Global tech giant Google has released search trends that revealed in the month of July Congolese musician Koffi Olomide was the most searched personality in Kenya.
According to a statement sent to newsrooms, Kenyans went online to search for the rhumba maestro after a leaked video showed Olomide kicking his female dancer.
The second trend search was Manchester United footballer Paul Pogba after he was officially confirmed as a Manchester United player again after his world record £100 million move was finally sealed on July 28.
Following closely is the reality game Pokemon Go and Kenyans used the google search engines as many wanted to catch features of this intriguing game.

Theresa May was more popular in last month’s search after she was made UK Prime Minister following David Cameron’s resignation .
